* Supervise the NDT activities/operations for proper and timely execution of NDT in respect to quality and quantity.
* Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Client personnel regarding schedule of NDT activities
* Assure NDT procedures are compliant to code and Customer requirements
* Verify NDT Subcontractor effectiveness thru audits
* Liaise with QC, NDT Contractor Customer and Certification Authority to ensure NDT/quality problems are addressed and technically resolved
* Represent PMT in meetings related to NDT
* Determine the adequacy of manpower requirements
Requirements:
* Degree or professional qualification in construction, engineering, quantity survey or business related field or
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas or other energy related industries
* Those with PCN Certification for Ultrasonic Testing plus factor if certified to other NDT methods ie MT, RT. ASNT level qualifications in UT, MT and RT is preferred
* Proficient in commercial and contractual terms and conditions relating to subcontracts and purchases
* Able to work independently and under pressure in a multi-task, multi-project situation
* Good interpersonal skills and a team player
* Good oral and written communication skills
